MHO prize closets

OK, need a quick answer if anyone knows.

How do you get prizes out of the prize closets please? I assume they work the same as CHE ones?

I thought it was GET or BUY the item, but I was not able to buy from my prize closet. I think something is borked. I sent Kenstrom a note.
