Ever since I got a new computer, I've been thinking of trying one of the graphical MMPORGs. But the thought of starting over again is just overwhelminly daunting.

I would of liked to have been in on the launch of the Matrix Online. Maybe in a coupla years, when it's well established (and I've come back from my gallavanting), I'll do that.

Honestly, I think that part is probably the most fun.

First sinking your teeth into a new world. Scrounging up coins to try to buy yourself a backpack to lug stuff around in. Its when you get too used to the world that it begins to lose its magic.

funny thing though...about three years ago, maybe two a player named doug glanville, who used to be on the same team as schilling, hit two homeruns off schilling in a single game he was the fourth person ever to do it, and the other three are all great players (glanville isn't) when interviewed and asked how/why he did it he said he was angry at schilling for killing his everquest character

I remember hearing something a couple of years back. Doug Glanville (former teammate of Schilling in Philadelphia) hit 2 home runs off of Schilling one game.

Glanvile said something about being geared up to face Schilling because he was mad that Schilling killed his character in EQ.

Schilling responded with something about Glanville being a wimp and couldn't take his char getting killed like a man.
