What exactly does this status condition mean in Gemstone terms? Obviously you cannot move rooms, but it have any measurable AS/DS/Manuever/etc penalties?

Also, I know that target 512 can cause this, but which other spells/critter abilities can cause this status condition?

The cman Crowd press can cause it as well.

The only things I know for sure is you cannot stand or move rooms.

My warrior uses small weapons and twc, he doesn't always kill things super fast but it is really fun. Multiple targets can be a problem if they're just standing around. One strategy I can use for multiple targets is knockdown one mob (twin hammerfists) and crowd press it, then attack the other target. The first mob is stuck on the ground unable to stand and then I can focus on killing the other.

In the case of crowd press this has the added benefit of drastically reducing the mobs AS with bolts and large weapons. So if the mob uses bolts, bows, or a big club not only is their AS reduced from being prone but crowd press neuters it further.
