Gleaming ora shield. It is 2x (currently half way to being 3x). +5 to cm ranks, +2 to shield ranks, +3 to blessing lore ranks, +6 to stalking ranks. Non crumbly. Notice all the enhancives add to ranks not bonus so the bonus could be even more. MB 1.5mill.

If you have trained 5 or fewer CM ranks, yes.

That shield would also cost about 50k bounty points or more to recharge.

... and don't forget many game systems take ranks into account, not bonus, anyways.

In general, ranks are seen as inferior for enhancives.

Good information, I think maybe you got that backwards crb. That would make ranks superior i'd think. Still lowering MB then.

Ranks are inferior because they cost more to recharge, and while they can benefit a younger trained character, often the ones with nice bonuses have high minimum level requirements. Meaning by the time you can use them, enhancives with just plain bonuses are as effective often as ranks by then. And cheaper.
