Gist Box item question

Question: I know the gift box items are attuned to the character. Are they also tied to the account? In other words if the character who has the gift box items is transferred to a different account, do the gift box items go with the character and remain viable? Thanks.

If they are account bound (and I think they are), then no, they won't work for that character once transferred.

The new giftbox enhancives are NOT account bound and will still work if you transfer, I do not know about the old ones though.

I was one of the 2 or 3 people that found a bug in prime with the new giftbox enhancives and actually had 4 of them on one character before the GMs made me turn in the extras.
