Alright, so I've got a big interview tomorrow at the corporate office for SevenSpace. They're an IT outsourcing company, rather small, ~140 employees. Position would be an analyst type thing to monitor systems/websites/etc. and try to fix them if they go down or if there is an error. The HQ is in Ashburn (VA), and that would be a much better place than my other job prospect (DOD) since I have a prospect of a roommate I can live with in northern Virginia. Anyway... go me.

I think they're more into old jugs than banjos in the northern parts...banjos are for southwesters.

Try to keep the slaying to a minimum and I'm sure you'll do fine. :)

Yeah...excessive bloodshed could put a damper on things.
Good catch there Latrinsorm.

If I can convince the wife I might be heading to VA. Farifax area. I passed a screening for CIA as a data dink while I was in and recently I've been thinking about it more. I liked that area when I was there on leave visiting some bros.
Whenever I finish school, I'm trying for NOVA.
I'm already in the state. Just need to drive North a few hours.

One of my rommates worked for the CIA for 2 summers. He said the work was incredibly boring, and he really couldn't envision himself being there. So he took a job with Booz Allen Hamilton instead.

Goddamn, everyone's moving out here.
I still think we should have a gathering of some sort.

Most def. Fairfax seems to be a good location, as most of the people are in the city or near it.

It was ok, two of the interviews were pretty typical, but I got grilled by 2 people who actually do the job I was interviewing for, and they asked a bunch of technical questions in which I had no clue what they were talking about. But I'm sure they did the same thing to everybody. Unfortunately they said there's only 1 open spot, and they called back 6 people. I should know by the beginning of May. And there's always other jobs.
