How do you stop this from happening...

An Ithzir scout swings a gleaming crystal-edged broadsword at you!
AS: +418 vs DS: +353 with AvD: +18 + d100 roll: +97 = +180
... and hits for 7 points of damage!
Love tap upside your head!

** An Ithzir scout's crystal-edged broadsword emits a searing bolt of lightning! **

... 30 points of damage!
Electric blast goes right to the heart! You'll miss that steady beat.
Your SIGN OF WARDING is no longer effective.
Your SIGN OF SHIELDS is no longer effective.
Your SIGN OF DEFENDING is no longer effective.
Your SIGN OF SWORDS is no longer effective.
Your SIGN OF SMITING is no longer effective.
Your SIGN OF STRIKING is no longer effective.
Your senses are no longer as sharp.

It seems you have died, my friend. Although you cannot do anything, you are keenly aware of what is going on around you...

Cause it happens to me a lot...

You need to boost your offensive DS. That's the only way.

What is your build? Consider getting a fixskill and switching to a shield build. I would also suggest getting some MIU and using the flowers for sale by the Druid.

I'm an archer. Starting to get my MIU up to decent levels now.

So basically all the armor/redux doesn't matter, so I still need to get to a point where I can't get hit in offensive? Ugh.

You just have to get your DS by any means you can. Even dodging most of the swings won't help you forever. Eventually a shot will get through and one-shot you.

No, I was asking seriously. I've never heard anything about the druid before. What do his flowers do?

Imbeds with 401, 406, 414, 601, 205, 206, 202, 509, and so forth. Relatively expensive, but useful.
