Does Rasko normaly walk around randomly casting at people?

So i log in today, and Rasko casts at me for no reaosn, i dont even remember ever actually interacting with the guy...

I don't think it's unusual, I tend to look at people just to get an idea of their race, etc, even in a busy area.

Heh, If someone walks into the room I'm in and casts 425, the first thing I normally do (with my rogue..) is hide...then I look at them :P

He's talked about on here alot...at least for a couple weeks he was...thats why i looked cause i recognized the name...but i still dont know why he casted at me, cause i never interacted with him, he even casted 425 before casting at me...lol

If I recall, Rasko is one of Sean/Ganryu/Izbin's peeps. Meaning, you probably said/did something on the boards or something that made him mad, so he attacked you in game.
