Specifically I am looking for 2 of the +4 armguards, in addition to anything else.

The thick leather wrist guards are +4 bonus, just as a heads up. I have a couple of extra ones, but you'd probably get them for cheaper from someone else.

Ha! Bonus, rank, same thing? Does it really matter with weapon skills, since they'll add AS either way, right?

ranks are -alot- more expensive to recharge, you are better off going with bonus enhancives Ausek
