Elementary my dear Durfin. The truth is revealed in the auxiliary hair. The first gentleman appears to have some Persian ancestry and despite being clean-shaven, shows all signs that he is capable of growing a full beard. While the second photograph lacks color and suffers from granularity, it offers that this gentleman is indeed, much softer of face.

If I really wanted to know, I could just call Composer's parents. I actually was in contact with them there for a while the second time that he went into rehab. That would be taking this a little too far though.
