Rock supergroup A Perfect Circle's much-awaited return for their first trek in over six years is officially official.

On Monday, the quintet, which has been on hiatus since 2004, announced the itinerary for their five-city jaunt, set to kick off November 4 in Tempe, AZ -- not far from the vineyards owned by singer Maynard James Keenan (Tool, Puscifer) -- then hit Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, and Las Vegas through the end of the month.

As previously reported, the band -- also featuring guitarists Billy Howerdel (Ashes Divide) and James Iha (Smashing Pumpkins), drummer Josh Freese (NIN, Weezer), and bassist Matt McJunkins (Ashes Divide, Puscifer) -- will perform three nights in each city, with each show featuring a track-by-track performance of one their three albums -- Mer de Noms, Thirteenth Step, and Emotive. (Vegas fans, however, will only get performances of their first two releases

I'm pretty fucking excited for this. I've loved APC along with Tool since I was in middle school. Supposedly there are going to be VIP tickets, and with one comes a wine tasting with Maynard. I don't know about you guys but I wanna drink some goddamn wine with Maynard.

I'm squealing with joy!

You're just retarded if you haven't heard of Tool nor APC, actually.

APC is one of Maynard's side bands. One of many.

This makes me feel so old, since I still consider APC a recent development.

Sigh. GIS failed me.

I could not find a picture of a short fat lady.

AKA, perfect circle.

"Check out my new girlfriend."

"Dude, she's like a perfect circle.."

Takes me back to days of glowing blue Maynard with polka-dots telling us hicks to "drop trou." I would love to see him for the ... I think fourth time. Just again, would be good. Though, Tool, would be better.

Back in the 90's he had a tour with.. ah fuck it. Killed to many braincells.

Anyways, they had a projector or screen or some shit with this round, weird thing and it like, pulsated and as it zoomed out you eventually realized it was a butthole.

Hah. Butthole.

That's fucking classic. The last show I saw was with the contortionists ... dammit I can't remember their name but it was wicked good. Bunch of naked people hanging from ropes while Maynard wailed Parabol. Damn. Now, I feel old all the sudden.

I know I'm buying my goddamn ticket this Friday, and I am most definitely getting VIP. Once meeting Maynard and Billy, my life will almost be complete.

So yeah, got on ticketmaster today at 10 to buy tickets.......and yeah, they sold out in less than a minute. I wanted to do the wine tasting meet and greet. Now the reg tickets are on stubhub at rediculous prices. The 3 day passes go for $90 on ticketmaster and on stubhub they're $450 and up. Unreal

Yeah man. Me too. It's fucking ridiculous, and absurd, and I hate everyone today in the process.

I say we picket Ticketmaster and bring our own wine outside the venue.

And thus the music of APC was perfectly summed up by one image.
