I'd definitely sell for higher than that. There aren't a whole lot of 8x and higher *perfect* mauls that I'm aware of, and the cost of making one (assuming you pay a blacksmith, a wizard and buy 4000 PP) will probably be at least 40m.

Brute is right. It may well fetch a higher price. Don't see too many higher enchant blessable perfect weapons selling on the open market, making it difficult to speculate. Magic metal also tends to command a slight premium over steel, so take that into account as well, though it may not matter so much in such a high end item.

Having said all that, when enchanting 8x+ via pp's, the rate of return on an item is never greater or even equal to the cost of purchasing the points, in my experience.
