After the raise dead spells are combined what training will you have to be to raise someone?

I believe still 12, it's just that the effects of 318 will kick in when you learn 318, and the effects of 340 will kick in when you learn 340. Sort of like how you can heal major wounds with the same spell as the minor wounds, but only once you hit a certain level.
