I got the chest from someone that got it from you. Apparently it can store up charges in which case it can fire a few times in a row, or every 10-15 minutes. But a GM peeked at it and says it gains a charge once a month.

What's the proc rate on the mama vial flarer?

I think the flare rate is based off MIU if all other conditions are met. It is absurdly random, my bard with 40 MIU could sometimes get 3-4 vials a hunt and go a few hunts with nothing. If I start fresh, I'd get like 5-7 vials a day or so?
