Two things belt worn bag and empath runestaff

Title says it all.

1. I want a belt worn bag that holds at least medium weighs 3 or less closeable and it cant be a pouch haversack or knapsack.

2. I want an enchancive runestaff that would be good for a non bolting empath.
ie wisdom bonus...manipulation, transformation lores.

I got a belt worn maxed lightened/deepend ratskull satchel. Holds LA and weighs 3. I'll be about later.

I have an ornate villswood runestaff -+18, 4lbs
It provides a bonus of 3 to Spiritual Lore - Blessings Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 6 times.
It provides a bonus of 12 to Max Mana.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 47 times.
It provides a bonus of 4 to Spiritual Lore - Religion Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 10 times.
The runestaff looks to have a lot of charges remaining.

I think that would be pretty nice for an empath or cleric.
