You don't need that much climbing, swimming, perception, MIU, and AS. You do need combat manuevers at 1x. Also only 2x spells.

I heard I need 24 ranks in air lore and 27 ranks in major elemental As soon as possible. there's this one warmage I met did 1 second rt with a vultite maul at 12.

You need 1x CM. Every point of AS is crucial. Swim and Climb can wait until later. You don't need that much this early. Same with Physical Fitness. CM is more important.
Beyond that, if you're doing okay with that then you're fine. The only decision to make is if you're okay with having 0 Spell Aim. I hunt with my lance primarily but spell aim is really handy for undead bounties.

Yep, I have no spell aim..cause I don't get undead tasks, I mainly working for sunfist..

Personally I didn't do EMC and put that point into extra air lore so I could speed up quicker.

Looks good from what you've posted. You're pretty much the same build I did until around level 20, where I switched from claid to lance. Have stayed there ever since. Trip is a great tool but not necessary with 909, 410, etc. Still nice to be able to use the stamina for something.
I assume you're stopping at 511 for the disk and raising the other spells. Shoot to have 425 as early as possible as it's a huge AS boost, and keep your MnE ranks equal to your level after that to keep your AS as high as possible.
Otherwise, 27 MjE ranks with 24 air lore eventually for the magic RT pushdown (assuming Naos doesn't pee on us by then), and the rest into major/wizard as you see fit.
