getting bigshot to use multiple routines

I can't for the life of me figure out why bigshot is refusing to use extra routines.

I'm using it with sbounty.

target list: kobold(b), rolton(a)

Near as I can tell its filled out right, but it always just uses hunting routine a, no matter what.

okay, this is actually a bug in sbounty. When sbounty is limited to only attacking bounty critter it always uses the default routine, no matter what. When it is doing a gem task or bigshot is running without sbounty, the routines work fine.
