So I will be in Vegas the weekend of the 17th of this month. Was a last minute decision but I will be there to see a good friend of mine who is a Chef and owns Mesa Grill, which I believe is in Caesars Palace. If anyone is in the area at that time and would like to meet an Iron Chef as well as have drinks, let me know!

Yes be nice AR! Also, yes Bobby is a friend of mine. I knew him when I lived in NYC, so I'm pretty excited about seeing him again...it's been years. His food is amazing. Great guy and a great chef.

Tell him to open something in Minneapolis. Our selections are starting to suck.

I just got off the phone with Bobby, so if you'd like to have dinner with us one of those nights, let me know. He will be cooking while there.

No. I'd assume he actually does a great job he's just one of my least favorite FN personalities. That could just be because of the way he's marketed though.

His food is really, really good. I also understand what you are saying, he does get marketed as a jerkoff sometimes. He really is a nice guy. He isn't a snob and is very welcoming to anyone he meets.

Yes, and I can honestly say not EVERYTHING needs to be slathered in mango-chutney-corn-blackbean salsa.

That's funny, because if you have you would know that not EVERYTHING is slathered in mango-chutney-corn-blackbean salsa. In fact, he doesn't even make a salsa like that, although he does use those ingredients. He does use alot of chili peppers, habaneros mainly.

Yes, it's an inside joke we real cooks have about Bobby "the Master of Mango Disaster" Flay.

When you have dinner, I'd bet there's at least 2 of those 4 ingredients present (habaneros aside).

Yes you REAL cooks...I'm sorry, I forgot how you surpass Bobby Flay in the culinary arts...and you are who again? Come at me with this when you own a few restaurants, have your own Foodnetwork show and make the money he does.

It makes us sad when you continue to post in the much less interesting of the 2 threads you're involved in today.

Bobby would want you to tell us more about your voice kk.

What would you like to know? You can buy my movies and listen to my voice as much as you want. Also, yes...this thread turned into a Bobby Flay Thread, when it was meant to be an Invite to Party in Vegas Thread for those close enough to swing by.
