Yeah, I envision having these as pedo-traps near schools. The guy pulls up in his van, rolls down the window and asks the speed bump if it wants some candy... BAM, cops swarm.

Yeah I don't know how a kid in the middle of the road causes anyone to just 'slow down' which is what speed bumps are for.
