Recently found a nice enhancive flamberge on a seeker. Had the weapon sung too and this is what I got:
15 lbs, 3 bonus mana recovery 12 trains, 8 bonus intuition 15 trains, 3 bonus health recovery 12 trains, lots of charges
It was sung to at 350K, but I'm changing the MB to 50k..
