Just got into watching this on netflix, awesome show. Curious to know what are some good episodes/myths they've chewed on. And what would be some goes one they haven't yet gotten a hold of.

Rocket Sled Vs. Car (I'm not sure if that is the actual name or not) is awesome.

How are you JUST finding this show?? It's total awesomeness.
Don't even try to ask me what season it's from, but they did some testing with Mentos and Diet Coke that was pretty fun: they went beyond the original myth and really started having some fun with it.
Just about anything where they try to blow up Buster (the old crash-test dummy) is good. There's one where they test a Rocket China Man myth and send him sky-high.
It's been a while since I've watched, so all I remember is that they do a lot with trying to blow things up. And somewhere there's an episode where Jamie's eyebrows get totally burned off.
(It really makes me wish I were better at physics and stuff; how cool would it be to intern for those guys!)

I'm a more "How It's Made" show kinda guy. I can't stand those two guys on Mythbusters.

I think they did this one that was based on this pretty nuts argument a mathemetician had thought up that if you put an airplane on a conveyor belt/treadmill moving the opposite direction of its wheels and got it to the proper "speed" it could take off without technically ever moving position.
They found out it was true and I remember all these engineer nerd friends of mine going crazy about it. Here's a post about it: http://www.kottke.org/08/01/mythbusters-airplane-on-a-conveyor-belt

The drunk contest one was pretty good. Episode 110: Alcohol Myths. Bonus: the episode also confirmed a hwacha (ancient Korean weapon) can fire 200 arrows that will explode on impact at once at a range of 500 yards.
oh, and hai ;)

Oh yeah, that was an awesome explosion. It's always a good sign when they bring in the explosives experts and fire engines.

The last episode of the third season was a kind of behind the scenes of all their bloopers and cut scenes. It was pretty funny, particularly to see how Jaime and Adam really do get into little spats now and then.

They couched the myth in terms of the conveyor moving at the plane's normal takeoff speed, which is not at all relevant to the initial claim.
