Enchanting success

Is there anywhere out there that lists at what level/spell level you should have to stand a good chance of success at 5x, 6x, 7x,...? On Kraki it lists the factors that help and hurt your enchant success, but can't find anywhere that says you should be XX level before even trying 6x.

The Wizards/Enchanting folder on the officials always has about seventy different testimonies of peoples' successes and their training (though since that boards posts only last for a year, you'll only find the ones for the last year there). Go check that folder out. I don't know if there's really hard and fast rules because there are a few different wizard paths.

Best guide I have seen yet, gives what goes into enchanting and what hinders you. BTW, it doesn't say it on there, but from my research you do enchant better with no Armor on what so ever, put it in your locker.
