Unfortunately at this time I can't seem to find much about chrisms. I know their quality caps at some point, but as for what point that is, I don't know. I've heard 100% and I've even heard 110% so I'm not really sure.

I also can't find any clear cut explaination of how much of each lore I need to get the "perfect" chrism. I've found information on what I need to make the basic chrism, that was easy, but nothing beyond that.

Can anyone explain to me how it works, or send me the link to a site that makes it clearer?

Krakii has a writeup but I'm not sure it's what you're looking for:

http://www.krakiipedia.org/wiki/Chrism

I already checked that, but thank you for your speedy response. It doesn't really have THAT much information. Most of it seems to be the information you get from the gemstone.net website under the spell circle link.

Unusal for krakiipedia.

Yeah it could use some TLC. There is a chance that no one has done any testing to find out the info you need.

I know there's people out there who make perfect chrisms. They have to know how they do it, don't they?

when in doubt beg Kaedra to raise you and offer whatever it takes for the best Chrism available

If you would like to make a 100% chrism you need to train up to 65 in blessing lore, 30 in religion (which will also allow you to make tier 5 intercession gems), and 15 in summoning. 100% is the max. Hope that helps. :)

If 100% is the max, how do I end up saturated post-rez sometimes?

Lower stats.

This is a good resource for what lores do (it has the chrism retention threshholds on it):

http://carabele.com/odds/LoreBenefits.htm

Also, as far as decreasing the time for stat recovery and and death's sting mitigation (if you die without a deed), the value of the gem being chrism'ed is used. You can see both the value and the experience retention by LOOKing at the chrism gem. The value designation is on KP (it's like dull, ordinary, bright and like 3 others) and the experience retention can be seen by how "full" of liquid the gem is. When you first make chrisms it will be half full and then so on until 100% retention is "full".
