I have no idea, but I'd love to buy it. Assuming it's not worth something ridiculous.

How much resistance, and does it have a corresponding weakness? I think 30m would be a little low, but then I don't really buy chain armors.

Thats the thing, for plain torso chain, there really is no market. Very few clerics and empaths might train into chain. On the flip side, some rangers and bards might use that while they are training up, but it wouldn't be end-game armor.

The 7% hindrance is about high as I'd go with Radom wearing it as a ranger. For him it has always been end-game armor. Never a second thought on that issue.

To me the bigger question was how much resistance.

soooo it's actually......
As your song penetrates the silver mail, you determine that it is moderately vulnerable to slashing attacks and very resistant to shocking attacks.

Very resistant is like 3 ranks on the armor protection scale of 1-5, so it's pretty good actually. Vulnerability always sucks, but that's pretty much the way it's always been added thusfar. In some places slash vulnerabiliy wouldn't matter much, in others it would be bad.
