Yesterday morning, a girl named Jenny announced that she was quitting her job through a series of messages written on dry erase boards, which she photographed and e-mailed out to her entire office of roughly 20 employees.

The boards reveal that Jenny overheard a phone conversation in which her boss called her a “HOPA” (Hot Piece of Ass), effectively inspiring her to leave — and to take revenge via the dry erase board messages. But Jenny decided to things a step further by disclosing not only her boss’s misconduct, but also how he spends his time online, since he both monitors his employees’ online activity and gave her access to the monitoring software.

The boards reveal exactly how much time Jenny’s boss spent trading stocks, reading tech news and, yes, playing FarmVille. It looks like Bulgarian city councilman Dimitar Kerin won’t be the last employee to get canned because of his FarmVille addiction.

As for the HOPA, she is indeed a HOPA, he is indeed a tool for playing farmville, but I agree with Stan, unless he's slapping her ass or making her pick up pens he carelessly knocked off his desk, girl needs to relax. She's a HOPA, people are going to call her that... now she looks like the kind of HOPA no one would want in their office for fear of something like this.It was probably more the last straw rather than the reason she decided to quit (if this was real, which as Back posted, it probably isn't).

Assuming it were, I realize some people may be really good about identifying her, but her name wasn't mentioned. It's just her face. Are HR recruiters and agencies going to print her face like a wanted sign and boot her out when they recognize her?

Besides, when calling for references, the office can't state why she no longer is working there, only when she worked there and her job description. They can't stay she quit and distributed her photo notice through emails.

All that being said, when you're young you're willing to take that kind of risk. When you're older and trying to continue a career and don't wish to burn bridges, it's not a smart move.
