There is now a poll regarding how you would like to see the upkeep fee for shops be handled. You can vote by heading over to https://www.play.net/gs4/poll/home.asp and picking your favored option. The idea is that each of these options should, in the long run, work out to roughly the same amount of money. If you have any specific questions about the poll, feel free to post and ask before casting your vote and I'll do my best to give you an answer. Thanks!
