I consider troll a person who posts looking to get a specific response. I feel like if everyone agreed with Rocktar etc he would be perfectly happy with that. I dont dislike Clyder but he gets exactly the response hes looking for in his posts which to me = master troll.

The art of the troll is to elicit the response without showing your actual agenda. While "tits or stfu" is a wildly successful form of argument around here Im not sure it constitutes trolling. I kind of wish you could make polls open edits so people could just add their votes :(

Well, maybe we have different definitions. I haven’t gone out of my way to start a political thread for the sole purpose of eliciting a response from people whose views differ from my own in a long time or anywhere near the frequency that I used to.

I would agree that there is some kind of downward troll spiral going on there, although most of the old hats around here seem to be aware of it and abstaining. I think it's mostly the new shattered peeps that are going back and forth with him lately.

I think that definition is better suited for boards with more moderation than the PC. That's typical behavior of just about everyone here at one point or another. The more serious trolling takes a higher amount of energy, and those posters seem to get burned out. IW would be my vote for the season if he wasn't so unfathomably stupid.

No, I'm just pointing out that there's a subjective line between trolling and starting shit, and around here you really have to grade on a curve. For the point of this poll, however, I guess it boils down to how often they get their desired reactions, in which case I'd place both Clyde and PB ahead of you (not that I've really paid much attention).

After some more consideration, I'm going to go with Clyde, since he puts more effort and planning into his. PB just seems to stumble across opportunities and spontaneously leap into action.
