It's election year and it's business as usual. Whether you're Republican, Democrat or other, don't swallow those ads whole as both sides are playing the game.

Non-partisan and they target both sides equally. Whoever you intend to vote for, at least learn what's really true or not.

I think I posted that site before on the official boards, because I had to listen to some people who were quite rude, but didn't know the facts.:) I love that site. I like to know who is telling the truth, and who is stretching it.

Check this out. Thanks to technology and the FEC, you can now see what politicians are receiving money from your fellow citizens! All political contributions from individuals totaling more than $3000 to a single campaign between 1/1/03 and 2/29/04 are now at your fingertips. Check out the URL below:

If you click on the Neighbor search you can lookup the political contributions of your friends, company leadership, even celebrities. It is very interesting. Enjoy!

Latrin, did you see the Daily Show today?
John Stewart: "Oh Gods, yes, a Truth Squad! A truth squad! I think my nipples are hard..."
Announcer on FoxNews: "Alright, let's form a truth squad, right here, right now. What are the worst three parts of John Kerry's economic plan?"

I think we should dedicate a thread solely to the Daily Show, Latrin, and giggle about it every night at 11:30.
