Bug on my rogue in shattered?

For some reason, I am able to train my skills a level beyond what they are supposed to max out at. Atleast, I think??? Someone take a look at this and tell me whether its a bug or not...

notice how I can get 22 ranks at level 9? Shouldn't the max amount of times I can train in something at that level be 20?

aww, cute little noobie.

various professions can train in various things at different rates. so an empath can only 1x a weapon type when a rogue can 2x, for example.

what you're experiencing here is, essentially, your extra training from level zero. so it's really like you're level 10.

So it is a bug? I shouldnt be able to train in 22 ranks at 9. If we accounted for the training at level 0. I'd have 20 ranks at 9. Get on nejaeden AIM dru

You count level zero and then you can also train for the next level coming up.

I think you missed out on PitBull/Machinegun/Gangsigns training. You arent cool until you do those.

The term people are dancing around is Intra-level training. Once you level, you are immediately able to to train for the NEXT level's skills. You can earn TPs as you hunt, instead of all at once as with GS3. Combine that with training for level 0, and you're arriving at the numbers you are finding.
