My guess is they're adding a new town because they said they would a year ago. Personally I think new areas ENHANCE the game. Expansion is good. They didn't say they were developing a Major city such as Ta'Ill or Landing... personally I think it's going to be the little ruin area that was "given" to the aelotoi.
