What does this do?

Not sure if this would be the right thread for it, but.. What does this Talisman do?


You glance down to see a glowing moonstone talisman in your right hand and nothing in your left hand.


rub talisman
As you begin to rub the moonstone talisman, the magic within flares suddenly and drives your hand away.

You carefully inspect your moonstone talisman.

You determine that you could not wear the talisman. The talisman appears to serve some purpose.

I've tried all the actions I can think of. Nothing happens except when I rub it.
Anyone?

Hm. It could be attuned to a single person, or it could be usable only by a person with a certain deity or pantheon alignment. Have a bard sing to it as the first step.
