When you say 2x/1x..
does that mean 2 times it by your level?
Or like 2 ranks higher?

Since there is a level 0 for 2x it means 2 time your level +2. For 1x it means 1 times your level +1.


2x at level 20 = 42 ranks
1x at level 20 = 21 ranks
