DAY 183 OF MY CAPTIVITY-
My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects.
They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal.
Pricks.
The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild
satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture.
Tomorrow I may eat another house plant.
Today my attempt to kill my captors, by weaving around their feet while
they were walking, almost succeeded; must try this at the top of the stairs
next time.
In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile bastards, I again induced
myself to vomit on their favorite chair.
Note-to-self: I think I'll try crapping under their bed, too. Wonder how
long it'll take them to find it?
Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body, to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts.
They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was.
Damn! Not working according to plan.
There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in
solitary throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and smell
the food. More importantly I overheard that my confinement was due to MY power of "allergies." Must learn what the Hell this is and how to use it to
my advantage.
I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog
is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He must
obviously be a bloody half-wit. The bird, on the other hand, appears to
have become an informant, and speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the metal room, his
safety is preserved.
But I can wait; it's only a matter of time...

How to wash a cat

A: Put both the lid and the seat of the toilet up and add the required amount of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.

B: Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him toward the bathroom.

C: In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lid and seat. You may need to stand on the lid.

D: The cat will self agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this.

E: Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a "power-wash" and "rinse."

F: Have someone open the door to the outside, be sure that there are no people between the toilet and the outside door.

G: Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lid and seat.

H: The cat will rocket out of the toilet, and run outside where he will dry himself off.

I: Both the commode and the cat will be sparkling clean!

Always here to give you the best of tested advice in difficult times.
Sincerely,
The Dog

I'm not so sure I want a cat anymore... I fear what you'll do to it.

Cats have their good qualities.

I love all animals.

Cats are people. Dogs are slaves. I don't respect dogs. I live with cats.

Cats suck. Dogs are much better.. unless of course you hate loyalty and protection.

Cats are loyal. They're just sensible about it. They're not loyal even to someone who starves or kicks them the way dogs are.

Cats have far more personality than dogs. They're just as fun most times and smell a LOT better.

Cats > Dogs.

Dogs are the best. The loyalty and companionship they provide is unparalleled.

I can think about the dog I lost a few years back and get all misty.

I couldn't give less of a shit about the two cats who managed to get smooshed in the road.

I love both, but I prefer dogs only because there are kinds that don't shed. Cats that shed really make me itchy and my nose stuffy. I wish they didn't.

I kind of like the Russian Blue cats, because they dont shed, but some of their faces look weird. And the hairless types scare me...

Man, those hairless cats aren't really cats. They're things. Just like those fucked up miniature weiner dogs. Stupidest frigging creatures born. I had a girlfriend once who owned one, the dog was so stupid it'd start to whine if she CROSSED THE ROOM. In its plain SIGHT.

You might want to check out a breed of cat called the Ragdoll. They're longhairs, on the large side and sturdily built. They come in a variety of colors and they typically shed a great deal less than your standard DSH or DLH. The name comes from their habit of going limp in your arms when you pick them up, just like a rag doll. They tend to be friendly, gentle, outgoing animals and make terrific pets, especially for people with small children.

I don't have a full bred Ragdoll, but one of my dozen cats is a Ragdoll mix, and she's the sweetest cat I've ever owned. She's long haired and extremely beautiful, and she doesn't shed. Not a brain in her head, but since I don't expect my pets to graduate college and support me in my old age I couldn't care less about her IQ. She's scrupulous about her litter box use and not a furniture scratcher.
