I know a swinging empath. He does fine.

His AS is the highest in our group. He swings a claid and keeps up with our casters in terms of xp/hr no problem. Where our ambushers fall behind, he stays strong.

You can pop a 117 for an insane opening attack that instant kills a lot, and incapacitates the rest of the time.

Warpaths aren't uncommon.

Swinging empaths are the shit. In terms of doing bounties for experience, by far the best.

I swing over 525 self spelled with a 420 DS in offensive. Toss in 117 and i'm over 600. 470 empath CS. This is around 8.8m exp.

It was kind of a bitch from about 70-80, but at 80, it just took off. 212 and 217, 216, and 1120 are your friends for hunting. 1120 is especially awesome when the stuff you hunt swings, because they'll all drop into offensive before swinging at each other. If I could do things over, I'd probably train more minor spirit ranks just for the extra DS.

I probably missed the post but did you ever get your AS to 1000? I remember you posting that you were close but did you get and break that magic 1000 barrier?

That was on my paladin. I got to 965, and would have hit 1000 if the cleric and the rest of the group didn't run off in fear of being hit. Bunch of pussies.

And a rogue. Right now the rogue is swinging the hardest. He swings about 750 sustained when I load him up with enhansives.
