Hey all, thinking of rejoining the GS community, with interest in rolling a rogue. While I don't need to be a Jack of ALL Trades (I'll probably forego spells), there's a few things I'd like to have my rogue be good at:
- Traditional stealth one-handed combat
- Picking (at least a high majority of) my own boxes.
- Voln Fu
If I spread myself out so much, would my character be viable? Or is it a better idea to focus on one or two of those things? If it is viable, could anyone offer an example build? Thanks.

That looks like a good build. Would substituting those three spells for 1.5 or even 2x Combat Manuevers be worth it? That contributes to redux, yes? Plus, I love being able to avoid roa'ters and the like.

I guess that would all boil down to choice but 2x CM is costly.

Always seemed to me that race played a big part in whether I'd dodge those roa'ter dives, that and encumbrance of course. My dwarf could be unencumbered and trained for his armor and x2 CM and still keep getting pegged. Where as the elf and half elf with x1 CM wouldn't.
Used to irk the hell out of me, even the mutant sorcerer with x.5 CM wouldn't get pegged and he was dark elf.

I think you should drop the shield use and pick up more offense, and eventually 410.

This is my current build, working quite nicely. My next steps are to get MIU to 30, and AS to 23 ranks

Get at least 407.
Why, 407 is overrated relative to what Lockmastery will do for a rogue.

yeah, if you're going to go all the way to 407, you would be better served to go to 410
