Not to state the obvious here (I will go ahead and point out my obvious hypocrisy before anyone else does), but if everyone just stopped responding, he would probably eventually go away. All of these responses are just feeding into it, he is never, ever going to stop. He is getting the attention he wants. Telling him he is an idiot and calling him names and photoshopping is pics just fills him with glee. At this point, he has predictable behavior, if everyone encourages it then you have no one but yourselves to blame.

But we enjoy calling him an idiot. We might say "We want you the fuck out of here", but deep down we all need a scapegoat.
