Dammit. Where does the flippin boat land to get me back to Solhaven?

Beneath the drawbridge. You go weeds. There should be a metal fish you can touch to show you how far away it is. Things can go awry with the ship's arrival/departure, but it always picks up (when it can) at that spot.

From the Commons: Go path, south, Go weeds.

Well from the title, did you go through the weeds? There should be a cast iron fish there that you can touch to sense when the boat should arrive.

the path out of RR moved to the otherside of the bridge, it was nice that they decided not to tell anyone though.

Oh shit, really? Can you describe this in a bit more detail?

I forget exactly what it is but basically you cross the bridge to the otherside and then theres a path down where you'll find the fish.

If someone has a character down there, please grab a log of them heading to the location from the Commons and post it.

Makes sense ... I didn't see no stinkin fish in the weeds.

[River's Rest, Town Commons]
Fresh green grass, green as the greenest emerald, is soft underfoot and a pleasing foreground for a weathered wooden bench resting in the shade of a graceful willow tree. Birdsong fills the air and intermingles with the voices of folk who stroll through the commons, and on occasion stop to exchange a tale or two with friends they meet along their way. A dusty path to the south and a riverstone walkway to the north are joined by a tall evergreen hedge which borders the edges of the lawn. You also see the Winterchime disk, an ember-eyed fire wyrdling and a large wooden barrel.
Also here: Lady Winterchime
Obvious paths: none

>go path

[River's Rest, Commons Circle]
Here, the dusty roadway splits and continues to the northeast and northwest. The rush of River Road traffic to the south is faint in the air and the pace of life seems slower and calmer to the north. Between the roads, a dusty pathway fades into a broad expanse of green lawn.
Obvious paths: northeast, south, northwest

[River's Rest, River Road]
As safe as a gate, the river runs swiftly east to west, secure against intrusion when the well-built drawbridge to the mainland is raised. Along the riverfront, comfortable benches are interspersed with odd three sided structures, large enough to hold a giant man comfortably, but their use not readily apparent. A fresh breeze carries the sounds of a nearby marketplace from the east, and an occasional hint of roasting meat from somewhere to the north. You also see an oaken barrel.
Obvious paths: north, east, west

>go drawbridge

[South River Road, Drawbridge]
A worn but sturdy drawbridge spans the vast river here, connecting the road with the town on the opposite bank. Some of the more daring children from town make sport of jumping off the bridge into the water below, swimming quickly to the beach a short way down the river. You also see a road winding westward to a wide body of water while to the east it travels further up river. You also see a drawbridge guard and a weed shrouded path leading beneath the drawbridge.

>go path

[River's Rest, Underbridge]
Tall cattails and water grasses take up much of the space beneath the drawbridge above, and beyond them the Tempest River flows swiftly. Wavering shadows in the shallower waters indicate potential meals to the enterprising fishermen, while the soothing sound of moving water -- a chorus of gurgles and chuckles -- fills the air. A cast iron fish sits forelonely before a rickety shack nestled against the underside of the bridge and the bank. You also see a carved modwir signpost and a weed-shrouded path.

The death of Casler Huntington, beloved leader of the smuggler community, has left the people of River's Rest guarded and suspicious. The Warren has become a little more inhospitable, and now, worried about the ease with which outsiders can reach the island have paid Knaydl to dock her vessel on the opposite side of the river. Thus allowing the rehired Reiver guard, Cotuil, to screen visitors at the drawbridge entrance into the town.

The cutter will now be dropping off and taking passengers on the other side of the river. It will still be accessible by going under the drawbridge via a well marked path. New visitors to the town will be reminded to be sure to have a measly 5 silvers in their pockets to gain entry into the town or know of alternative methods of entry.

Of note to citizens, the guard will be updated to allow free passage into the town.

Fallen reads every post ever written on the official boards and didn't even know.

Definitely missed that one in the scroll of the storyline info. I agree with Sean that such a change deserved its own separate board post.
