LOL

"It has an app that will build you an island, and then transform you into a fucking jet and fly you there."

"I don't care."

I don't care.

"How do I fix it?"

"You throw it the fuck away and then purchase an iPhone."

...

"Holy fuck. Having a relative in a 4G city does not grant you 4G."

I wish Sprint didn't have horseshit service where I live.

I don't care, I want an iPhone 4.

Speaking of, I had a dream last night where I was at a special sneek peek of the iPhone 5. It looks like a fucking blackberry, had no T9 buttons, a long ass fucking antenna, and looked like a house phone from the 80's.

Scariest nightmare ever.

wtf is a T9 button?

Oh. I call the alpha-numeric buttons T9 buttons in correspondence to the annoying ass text input (T9) on cellphones, since they're both a pain in the ass.

You're holding it wrong.

I dunno man, nothing on my droid or incredible has crashed. The apps are easy to use and there seems to be one for anything I want to do. I listen to Pandora on WIFI from 6am to 6pm and the battery is fine.

Also I was listening to my boss and a co-worker and apparently they were saying you don't even get turn-by-turn GPS Navigation standard? You have to pay for an app for like 30 dollars a year. really? My old-ass free sprint phone did that. And the droid downloads google maps and google earth live.

I don't see me EVER using the face-to-face chat thing that makes you look like a gremlin.

I dunno which is better. But I do know I've never held my incredible in any way that caused it to lose signal. I will say I have a huge bias against apple though for several reasons, so I can't be trusted.

Yeah. Apple fucked up big time with that antenna issue. Seriously. If it wasn't for that I may of bought one, but it doesn't have anything my 3GS can't do. Okay, perhaps the flash on the camera but that's it. Nothing too special!

And iPhones do have GPS. If I'm not mistaken, the Mapquest app handles that. Never tested it out since I have my own GPS in my car but eh!

If the iPhone came in a flip phone version, I'd consider buying one (and getting it hax'd for Verizon).

Yeah, that makes sense, that's what they're used for.

I'm having a big debate over the HTC Evo and the Samsung Epic 4G. I like physical keyboards, and supposedly the Hummingbird processor is faster than Snapdragon, but I would be giving up a little screen real estate.

And that video was hilarious.

Actual resolution or screen size? (I haven't looked at the specs... and fuck you anticore I don't care enough to google it).

If it's just screen size and not resolution, it'll look all the better. As for faster processors, you probably wouldn't notice the difference anyway, I know I wouldn't, I'd be more worried about battery life on "fast" phones.

The Evo has a 4.3 inch screen. The Epic has a 4.0

As far as resolution I don't really care about it anymore, they are all high enough. The Epic has a contrast ratio of 50,000:1 which blows every other phone out of the water, that's actually more useful as far as seeing your phone in daylight.

I also don't care too much about battery life, I keep a cord at work and keep it plugged in all day.

I don't think the mapquest uses GPS, I believe it's triangulation with towers. Still works good enough.

Yikes (http://gizmodo.com/5578758/best-buy-wants-to-fire-employee-for-his-iphone-4-vs-htc-evo-video). Looks like BestBuy was considering firing the guy who made this video.

The iPhone 4 vs. HTC EVO video making the rounds has gotten 1.7 million views, but when Best Buy found out it was their employee that made the video, they weren't so much amused as angry.

Corporate asked them to take the video down, but the employee Brian Maupin declined, saying that it didn't mention Best Buy anywhere. (It also didn't mention Best Buy in the description either.) But Best Buy suspended him, and now might be fired, claims NBC Action News.

They changed their mind (http://gizmodo.com/5581367/best-buy-spares-iphone-4-vs-htc-evo-video-creators-job), though.
