What spell do other Warpath's use to lower critters DS.

I am looking for a good opening spell to use against critters before i swing. So far I've tried 212 and it seems to be doing a good job. Are there any other alternatives to that one that works well?

Hit it with 1106 first. Tends to work pretty well.

It can stun or prone or kill though.

Frenzy is the stance forcer, if that is what you want.

Bind, unbalance and web are other possibilities, but crits from boneshatter will often do the job for 6 mana, so why use a higher mana spell from a circle where you have a worse CS instead?

Web bolt, if you have SA and summoning lore can be good. If you have that amount of summoning lore it boosts unbalance nicely too when a knockdown is the disabler you most want. Critters will often go to offensive to stand up when knocked down, so unbalance can act as a stance forcer indirectly.

Cool i'll give those options a try. Also i probably will use 1106 as an initial attack when i'm fighting mobs with bones as i found that my CS is still pretty nice for being a warpath.

1120 will make them fight each other, often putting them in offensive
212 and 217 also drop TD and DS, as well as have a lower initial TD.

Ohh, and 205 will drop DS, if the room isn't allready light.
