Anyone tried enchanting a sanctified weapon? Is it difficult to do or are pre-tempering potions hard to create?

Right - I should have been more specific, has anyone ever (Prime or Plate) enchanted a sanctified weapon that could provide an opinion. Planning for the future...

My guess is that a 50ish wizard trained for enchanting with the potions could take it to at least 4x, and probably 5x. Just a guess, though.
