Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I have the following "wearable pipe":

He is taller than average and appears to be long in the tooth. He has brooding steel grey eyes and ruddy skin. He has balding, deep red hair with grey at the temples. He has a square-jawed face, a prominent nose and a long braided beard.
He has a long-stemmed dark ashwood pipe clenched between his teeth,

You "wear pipe" to put it in your teeth but does not show up when you INV.

You remove the pipe from your mouth and brush it off slightly.

>wear pip
You clench the pipe between your teeth and move it to the side of your mouth a bit.

You carefully inspect your dark ashwood pipe.

You determine that you could not wear the pipe. The pipe appears to serve some purpose.

You remember that you registered this item between five and six years ago.

You analyze your dark ashwood pipe and sense that there is no recorded information on that item. It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.

You get no sense of whether or not the pipe may be further lightened.

Aww thank you, but that is not exactly it. This certain pipe cannot be worn or clenched between your teeth. You hold it in your hand and puff on it, and then it does random puff actions. They came from a GM auction years back.

I know Shirkon and Meureii both have/had the pipes you're referring to (wave to fill them up with tobacco, random scripts, etc). Not sure if either would sell though.
