Thoroughly Confused About Choosing Convert

Since GS won't give a list of flare types and smite/bane associate with Dieties, I thought i'd ask on here for advice. It seems like the best solution would be to pick a bane diety with the best flares, since undead don't span all the way from 0-100, but I could be definitely wrong about that. Does anyone have thoughts? Are there any bane dieties with plasma or vacuum flares? If not, what's the next best flare? Puncture? Thank you!

Actually, now that I read the Krakii page, I always knew my deity (Charl) had lightning flares on 317.
