mmmmm, where to start, that dexterity score is painful to even look at...hopefully in your first 30 days yet

If you are in your first 30 days, dump everything into CM, shield, armor, weapon, spells, HP, and just hunt like crazy till then, then fix your skills up...

After that, quick analyis of what you got...

Armor Use..........................| 15 3 ---- 1x this till 15 or so, leather breastplate, or maybe brig at 30, depends how much spell hinderance you can tolerate
Shield Use.........................| 15 3 ---- 1x
Combat Maneuvers...................| 10 2 --- 1x, each 2 ranks is 1 AS, you will need the AS
Edged Weapons......................| 15 3 -- 1x
Physical Fitness...................| 20 4 --- as much as you want, at least 24,, more if you go GOS
Arcane Symbols.....................| 25 5 --- 20 ranks is plenty
Magic Item Use.....................| 25 5 --- ditto --- can add more as needed for spell items
Spell Aiming.......................| 25 5 --- no need for this, not like your gonna bolt much
Harness Power......................| 30 6 --- 1x - (2x-1) depending how much your casting
Spirit Mana Control................| 10 2 -- 0.5x to 24 ranks or so, more again if your using your mana a lot more
Spiritual Lore - Religion..........| 15 3 -- might hold off till later , if at all
Perception.........................| 15 3 --- no real pressing need
Climbing...........................| 15 3 --- 20 ranks
Swimming...........................| 15 3 --- 6 ranks is plenty till later, can make the swim to wolves den
First Aid..........................| 10 2 -- 1x if you want to skin, else don'ts

Spells, try for 215 as soon as you can, up to 103, clericals want up to 318 to raise dead, then its your choice which way you go, but more 200s for more bind CS is good for armsusing clerics.

some other things perhaps for an arms using cleric but you will give up lots of magical skills, could 0.5x - 1x in ambush, or try to get up to 30 ranks of MoC for mstriking, work up to chain class armor....

Again, the more weapons skills, perpare to sacrifice magical skills, but thats what your plan is.
