Does the number of ranks in something like disarm, silent strike, cutthroat, etc, actually improve your chance to hit and such or does it only do as is listed on the website cman list and lower the stamina cost?

disarm ranks says it reduces the stamina cost each rank. is that it, or does it also increase your chance to hit and disarm someone? same for other similar cmans...

If it DOES increase the effectiveness of the maneuver, then how much? how much better is rank 3 disarm compared to rank 1? etc...

Actually, the cost of disarm increases each rank. "Stamina Cost: Base 12 (-2 Rank 3, -4 Rank 2, -6 Rank 1)" means that it normally costs 12 stamina. If you're at rank 3, it will cost 12-2=10 stamina. At rank 2, it will be 12-4=8 stamina, etc. This is so that you're not wasting as much stamina when you're at lower ranks and not particularly effective yet.

Nope. First of all, 5 * 15 = 75. Second, guild mastery or 63 guild ranks = 6.3 CMAN ranks. Therefore, Guild mastery = 6.3 * 15 = 94.5 bonus.

Cman Disarm ranks also decrease the chance of being disarmed, my capped mage has five ranks.
