wrong language, please help

so everything shows up in english on PC for the most part.

but when i get an IM it pops up in german i think (kaput is german right)

and if i click on a posters username all the info is in some weird non english language. its been like this for a few years but i have been just lurking a while.

how do i fix it?

I had this same issue for quite a while too and was always too lazy to do anything about it.

edit: In case you can't read it, it's the very last setting on the page.

thanks. not only is everything in english, but PC looks sooo much cooler
