You'll have to excuse my ignorance since I've been crazy busy lately and haven't been able to follow whats been going on.

I knew GMs were going to run amok for a while, and do some crazy stuff, but if they are handing out rediculous weapons to friends.. well.. meh. Way to ruin another instance if this is the case. Regardless of what was advertised I wanted a GM FREE environment. This kind of stuff makes me want to cancel right out. I read in another thread that GMs were allegedly 'leveling' the playing field and I understand cracking down on outright bug abuse but, if they are handing out weapons of this sort, aren't they fucking that whole thing up?

I'll be patient and watch to see if this kind of shit continues before I cancel but I can tell you that if this kind of stuff continues you can count me out.

It should be a free for all for players sure, but honestly, GM's with all their 'power' should have to agree to a TOS or guidelines or what the fuck ever.

For the second part... I get that you're dismayed but I think even if players couldn't get a pocketed anus they'd still have wildly OOC character names and wildly OOC character behaviors. With GM alterations or or not, you're going to have a very rampant OOC world.

Right. I expected the names. But I did not expect the GM's to encourage it with items/whatever. Names I can ignore, items I can too to some extent I suppose. However it is my firm belief that players in this instance shouldn't have to abide by *rules (except in the case of blatant bug abuse). The GM's should.

Adults like to have discussions about things. We won't always see eye to eye. I was only bringing up a few points. Perhaps it seemed like I was raging, but I'm really not. Players can do what they want, its the GM's that are bothering me.
