Psinet update issues - movement lag

Is anyone getting a lag for movement since the update?

I keep getting stuck. I'll input a movement command...like 'go up' and it just hangs....it wont actually GO until i type LOOK...which is just plain odd.

oh, and it isnt all the time. just here and there.

is this maybe a fault of the Zoom feature?

scratch that, it isnt just on movememt commands. im getting lag on everything.

I uninstalled the update, and reinstalled the older version and everything works fine.

anyone able to help me here?

I have the same thing recently. Would hang everytime I slipped on the Ice in Mule until I looked. Noticed I now get a "Dash movement" thing I never got before too. Figured they were related but doesn't seem to be a way to turn it off.

Separate but related - I've always gotten hung up whenever I search my first kill logging in too. Annoying as all hell. Ditto for the first time my mage spells me up. First spells freezes me.

Ready to try lich. Hope I have the time soon to take a look.
