Really cool. Just out of curiosity, do all of the flares go off with typical flare frequency?

Fire and cold go off more frequently than web. They seem to be on par with my snake flaring handaxe. I have never really researched it though.

Do you know how this would work with paladin bonding? Like could I just bond to it and cast web at at and keep the web flares?

(101 MIU + bless imbed/scoll) + Purify = 450ish swings before you have to redo. Not a real pain.
