Just park a locksmith at a table. Have your mains dropping off boxes. Soon as his mind is clear have him go at it. (Haste and lores) Then sell everything, get fried and repeat. Screw the town locksmiths. You might as well just drop the boxes or store them for later. My last rogue made it level 30 just picking locks before he missed a trap, and that's only disarming once or twice.
