Yeah when Shattered first opened all of the playershops from Prime were excessable with the items from that instance. Basically the copied prime exactly to make shattered and they got a touch more then they ment to.

They just closed them ( a couple days ago) and started cleaning them up so we could actually buy them and use them.

people from what i see aren't doing much advertising at all - i'm seeing people paying 50k over price for items from the rogue guild, but most people are having 4x weapons made at weapon shops since they are so easily disarmed.

the best tip for findin stuff like this is when creatures are straying outside of areas they are usually in - they often carry unique weapons like this. and trolls in wehnimer seem to have a high propensity to carry unique weapons.
